Video - Sanding Tires

So I have started the first of what will be a video series on racing slot cars on a budget. Most of the stuff that's on YouTube is three years old or older, so I thought I'd go ahead and do my own.

NOTE: This is video of a way of doing things. There are loads of other ways, some better, some worse. This is just A way to do it.

What's the difference between doing this with a simple piece of sandpaper versus using one of the expensive tire-truing tools? Precision. Control. The ability to get your tires exactly how you want them.

The version in this video will get you the poor-man's version of that. It really makes a difference on the grip. Try it.
